RITA Competition Winner!


We have a winner for our RITA Competition, drawn on 15th March, 2009!

The winner is: Colin Cussel, Lismore! 

Colin won fair and square with the best (and funniest) entry. The competition was open to everyone except the judge (Susi). He wins two tickets (with $240) and an invitation to the after-concert cocktail party backstage. 

Congratulations Colin! We hope you and Larisa enjoy the RITA concert and the backstage party afterwards. 

Passover Family Accommodation Wanted


Two American girls have contacted us to see if they can join a family in Byron for Passover.

If you are having a Passover Seder or can take them to someone else's family Seder, and you have a spare room you'd like to share, please contact us as soon as possible! We'll put you in touch with them. 

The two Jewish girls, Mia and Michelle are in Australia for an "Environmental and Sustainability" course in the Northern Rivers. They particularly want to be around a family at Passover. Mia speaks fluent Hebrew - her family lives in Israel. Both can share a double bed and are willing to pay for food and for some accommodation.  The girls are 21 & 22 years old, both juniors at university - one at Brandeis and the other at Wheaton. They sound really nice!
